Together, we can explore your potential, enhance relationships, and foster a more authentic life. While my primary approach is emotionally focused therapy, I also integrate other modalities. I have a background in internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, etc. Having a good and comfortable therapeutic relationship with the therapist is crucial in achieving therapeutic goals.
